Subscriptions and billing

Pop Terminal Pro is a paid subscription billed in US dollars through Stripe. Pro Monthly is $11.99 per month. Pro Annual is $119.88 per year, billed once annually. The price, billing interval, renewal date, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout before you pay. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price for the same interval until canceled. We will notify you before any price change applies to a future renewal. Your receipt and renewal notices are sent to the email address on your account.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account's billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively cancel a term already paid for. Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which the account reverts to the Free plan. Saved watchlists, portfolios, and history are retained subject to Free plan limits.

14-day refund window

If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or of an annual renewal charge and we will refund that charge in full. Send the request from the account email to hello@popcapital.io with the charge date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Refunded subscriptions end immediately and Pro access is removed.

Outside the 14-day window, monthly charges are generally non-refundable and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. We may still issue a discretionary or prorated refund where circumstances warrant, including extended service unavailability or a duplicate charge.

Billing problems and disputes

Report duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or billing errors promptly to hello@popcapital.io. We aim to respond within two business days and will correct verified billing errors. Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Accounts with an open dispute may be suspended until it is resolved.

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights, including statutory cancellation or refund rights and automatic-renewal protections in your jurisdiction. Where those rights are broader than this policy, they apply.

Creator commissions

Refunded, disputed, or charged-back subscription revenue is reversed from the referring creator's balance and may reduce future payouts, as described in the Creator and Affiliate Terms.
